I really enjoyed this video. You took your time showing all the foods. I loved seeing Mrs. Explore Vegas, she is a doll, so cute and loved those desserts she was eating. I want some of that Creme Brule, it's one of my favorite desserts. I had Wicked Spoon back in 2017 it was a really good buffet although a bit hard to find in the Cosmo, it was tucked away in a quieter corner of the property from what i recall. Overall it was very good value and probably only second to the Wynn buffet in terms of quality from those which I've tried.

During the week, the crab legs are available after 11:00 for lunch, but during the weekday breakfast.

I only eat tri tip and eggs everyday. It is not unhealthy at all. I lost 71 lbs in 56 days and have perfect levels. I have corrected everything that once was out of line. No sugars no alcohol etc.

The weekend brunch (Saturday & Sunday) has a similar menu all day. A few items change between breakfast and lunch, but the crab legs stay out. Monday- Friday the breakfast and lunch items change quite a bit and there are no crab legs served for breakfast.

There are only a couple of differences we could tell. . During the weekend brunch, the crab legs and carved meats are served from 9-4, but on weekdays after 11:00. For the brunch, a few lunch items are out early and some breakfast items are out later.

me again, so, the steak or any meats are NOT “unhealthy” as that is old school thinking. so far i lost 15 pounds just cutting carbs some/not out and upping my meat and fatty meats. carbs are what goes to fat, not animal fat, google it. i learned this on youtube and verified it with my doctor, and he agreed. then we moved and got an old school dr who said to eat carbs and not fats, lol. i had to tell her how my hubby and i found out we were pre diabetic, meaning, your body cant deal with sugars, breads, pasta, etc.. i went with what i learned is truly best for us, not the old food triangle. try it, eat the steak, the fish, shrimp, butter, all of that but cut down and nearly out the other junk and you will see how fast the weight falls off and how much better you will feel. sorry for the lecture and you know i love your channel but when you said that steak was bad for you, i had to speak up.

Speak up anytime Gail. I don’t mind. I agree with most of what you said. I do have a problem eating the actual fat pieces as they are are nearly twice as hard to burn off in exercise. Eating fatty meat that is a mix of protein and fat is okay by me. There are many theories on low carb, high protein, high fat diets. Pound will melt off, the only thing to be cautious of is reintroducing carbs back into your diet at a later time. Pounds can come back quickly if the carbs are consumed too fast. Congrats on the weight loss. Keep it up and reach your goals!!

Hey, no disrespect. Please learn how to eat all of the crab meat from the legs. It hurts watching you waste the crab meat when you only eat like 60% of it. If you only took the tendons out not only would it be easier to eat, but you would get the rest of the meat as well.

Hi Will. Just to settle your worries, none of that food goes to waste. I ate every last drop of those crab legs off camera. Almost of the meat was eaten. Sometimes we give you the highlights and edit quite a bit out so you’re not watching a 25 minute segment of me eating crab legs. 🤣 Thank you for watching!
