I guess you could always read the comics. The girls seem to have learned to become independent and not spend so much time together. At least that's what I'm catching from their different hairstyles. One of them stayed blonde while another dyed her hair black and cut it short while the third became a red head seemingly after meeting Jean Grey and admiring her hair. I also saw one of them in a secret relationship with another mutant. She wanted to keep their relationship on the down low to avoid her sisters meddling.

Irma has a nickname of Mindee. In the series Irma and Celeste and killed, while in the comics Sophie and Esme are the ones killed.

The Stepford Cuckoos are a hive mind. They are both individuals and one collective. The original five are Sophie, Phoebe, Irma (formerly Mindee but it was changed for the Acronym), Celeste and Esme. They’re based on many things including the Stepford Wives and the Midwich Cuckoos. They’re also part of Weapon plus as Weapon 14. That’s the same program that made Weapon x aka Wolverine. They were five clone children of Emma Frost from the 1,000 in one. A plan that would’ve had them make all mutants drop dead. In the comics, they start out as a hive mind but will often separate. Sophie is the usual leader and the heroic one but, unlike the gifted, Esme pushes her to death so she can take over. She then takes advantage of them whilst on the drug Kick and actually made another student kill Emma Frost; their genetic donor. Esme died when she tried to kill someone she thought was Magneto. The funny thing is that they’re all naturally blonde but Emma is a bottle blonde. In the recent comics they’re all back to life and, whilst they prefer to be in the hive mind they do care about their fellow mutants. Phoebe dated kid Omega… which ticked them all off since he was the incel who caused Sophie to work herself to death trying to stop him. And what one experiences, the others also have some experience. So… ew. Esme was dating a young Cable before he went back into the timestream. He basically knew what dating her entailed so he agreed to hang out with all of them individually but it’s clear he’s only doing it because he wants to be on good terms with all of them. Oddly wholesome.

I think they'd be stronger than Emma Frost. They are each her clone so working together they have 3x her telepathic ability, don't know about as individuals as we only really see Esme identify as an individual rather than one of a collective. Also we don't see them near any other telepaths- so no bases for strength. Not sure about Xavier- he's meant to be the strongest of all mutant telepaths. Then again Jean Grey had the potential to be stronger telepathically than him even without the phoenix, at least that is what both movie series seems to indicate

No. 3 of them is heartless with their own set agendas. But then Esme starts to show some sympathy, and develops connection with Polaris
