When I was a kid we went on many school trips here. They had people working the saw mill, general store and more. I still have souvenirs from there, mostly reproduction money from that era. Brings back great memories! Thanks for the tour!!

I live near there, and worked there as a summer seasonal in the late 80s. That pump at the beginning of the video is not old. It's late 20th century. It would probably work if you were to prime it first. When I worked there, there were various crafters operating out of some of the worker houses. There was a potter in one, a weaver in another, and a carpenter in another. The sawmill still operates, though no longer on a regular schedule. It used to be every weekend, but not any more. I believe there is video on my channel of it operating. 5: 09 - That's a planer. That sawmill has the main blade, plus a shingle saw, plus the planer. 7:52. That was the PTO (power take off) for operating machinery outside the mill. The grist mill, like the saw mill, ran on a water turbine. Though it did have a water wheel when it was built in the 1820s or 30s. I have seen the grist mill in operation. That was in the late 80s though. 8:50 - That's the turbine. 9:07 - the drive-through corn crib. 9:13 the mule barn. 10:53 - the horse barn. When I worked there, we had 4 horses at Batsto, and they ate and slept in there. The 4 horses were all work horses, and they were used for pulling the wagon seen at 12:16, giving people rides around the village. 12:40 - that was a horse treadmill, used for running machinery. One side of the icehouse building was actually the milk house, if I remember correctly.
