In Barcelona, Spain, the journey began with a luxurious stay at Hotel Majestic, followed by an enjoyable sail away on the Seabourn Sojourn. The adventure continued in Port-Vendres, France, with a visit to the Chateau Rombeau winery and a tour of Perpignan, highlighting the Palace of the Kings of Majorca.

Thank you for a wonderful episode. Barcelona is a lovely embarkation port, we will look at staying at the Majestic Hotel next time. Perpignan looked lovely, as it’s French it was surprising the many historical connections to Spain, very interesting 👏

You’re welcome! I was thinking the same thing actually, given where it is just barely inside the French border on the north eastern corner of Spain, I can see the influence before the borders were really more defined.
