No, Dennis Weatley wrote a fictional novel about Crowley raising the devil...and he didn't have a son called McGregor.

This wasn't crowley's place. It was Dr. Maeckelberghe's...his family still own it (may have recently sold?). His wife used it as her painting studio, the respected Margo Maeckelberghe (nee try). The Jewish Doc was a well known and respected doctor and quality rugby player in penzance. His wealthy parents left Belgium as they saw what was coming with the Nazi's taking over, and came to London. Dr M met Margo there and came to Cornwall where Margo was from. The natural light around the area where the cottage is situated is extraordinary to artists. Nearby st.ives is famous for this light. The only connection to Crowley is that Crowley was rumoured to have stayed here for one night, as he was in the area. Crowley would have been quite old then.

If Crowley was a satanist, he was also a God-ist in the same way. You cannot use traditional religious categories to understand Crowley. Also, as someone else briefly pointed out, Crowley was not a traitor to England. He came to the United States just before World War I broke out and started writing over-the-top pamphlets in German calling for the German navy to sink American merchant vessels in the Atlantic, or other such stuff. Some of these pamphlets were read on the floor of the U.S. Congress, and helped convince Congress to enter WWI on the side of England and against Germany. Crowley was just using a pretty standard occult technique, and it did succeed in getting Britain a powerful ally. In doing all of this, he was operating under direct orders of British intelligence--researchers have found the records.

Crowley had nothing to do with this place. Re a traitor to the British people - Quite the opposite you will find he did indeed spy for the allies in WW2. He was no saint but videos like this are very frustrating…..
