Yes very cold/not homey. Oh I forgot one why do we need a frosted door between the bedroom and it's bathroom? It's not okay for the person who sleeps in your bed to see you naked but perfectly fine for anyone outside/strangers to see? Like I said brilliant, truly.

We all know this villa, we all know it's epic, we just don't know why it hasn't sold in years - The decor is not very warm and feels a bit commercial, which might be part of the reason.

This house reminds me of a modern art museum and for that reason I wouldn’t even put in an offer for half the price, even if your a billionaire you wouldn’t have this as a main home it’s somewhere you would just go on vacation. This would be better run as a high end rental you would get 10k low season a night up to about 16k in high season, great video again you guys but prefer homes around the 5 million mark they for me are more realistic in terms of price and quality.

@@TheMarobrothers nothing wrong with the art but there’s a time and a place when to use it the house feels cold and soulless, I don’t know what it is but the bigger the property it’s just a lot harder to make it feel like a home and that’s the case with this property but that’s just my opinion.

Wow, you pulled no stops on this one very nice home the pool trick on the deck is a new thing well it is where I am not sure if it is there or not. It is always nice to have a movie room I love it for parties always have movie parties or pool parties it is really a lot of fun :) I am alone so it is nice to be alone with friends my family and I have a few issues but I do get along with my grandparents a lot. Impressive house. Clean style yet quite complex and expansive and some very expensive solutions. Solid views of course. I'm curious how actual owners would use the house. If it's two people living calmly in a massive house they never use or if it's a billionaire's summer residence that might be used for a week or two every year. I wonder how many use the houses to their capacity. Many of these very large houses might be luxury ghost houses in practice.

Wow, it is one of the most amazing houses I have ever seen, probably next to Ricardo Bofill's "La Fabrica" and few other houses. I agree with some of the comments. The house is like a mix of a luxury yacht, a contemporary art museum and a superhero's (or supervillain's) base. The owner of the house must be someone so financially powerful that he is able to use 90% of the immense space to produce certain sensory and spiritual perceptions for him during the time he is in it, which may only be a couple of summer months.

Nice. Finally someone showing this house. I hope youll show of the motorized pool-helicopter landing lift. The drawback to this house is it is just plain white and needs to be remade with stone, textures and wood paneling but thats just an interior design issue. It would also be cool if that glassed of pool-side could be made into a small area with a chair in and access ladder.

Its completely and totally unliveable. The trouble with modern designers is they make everything look like a hotel or a modern art gallery and the can't stop adding rooms. You end up with an object like this, no privacy, glass everywhere like a goldfish bowl. People that buy £30m properties want stealth wealth and privacy.
