People keep asking why the house wasn’t cleaned up ? Law enforcement doesn’t clean up crime scenes, the city or county doesn’t clean it up, maybe they didn’t have family to clean it up & sometimes people refuse to go inside a place that a tragic event took place.

@Iwentblank24 күн бұрын
I worked for a apartment as a leasing agent. One of our residents on the 3rd floor died on, we're guessing a Thursday, We found him on Monday, A resident from that floor walked up to my desk and told me there was an odd smell a few doors down. My maintenance supervisor and I went to see if it may have been trash built up in the apartment. He unlocked the door and we knew right away, the resident passed away. I called the police "it was a very sad scene". (GiGibabs04), is correct the police can't clean it up because it takes certain chemicals to make sure the bio hazard is totally gone. The Bio Team showed up with in 2hrs, it took them a week for them to clean everything. It cost the apartments a little over $3500. I still miss that resident, his name was Gio and made me laugh everything he came and said hello. sorry my reply is so long.

The valances over the curtains were called Swags and Cascades....pretty popular in the 1970s/1980s, especially in an elegant home. Today, they remind me more of the inside of a mortuary. For this place to be considered an elegant home, that is one very basic, shabby kitchen. It looks more like a low end apartment kitchen of that era. Also, the doors on the rooms....they are very basic plain flat panel doors. Most upgraded homes of that size back then, had much nicer 4 to 6 panel doors.......which it appears only the bedrooms have Though it is a large home, it is quite obvious that it was built very Plain Jane.

I love exploring these places with you. A couple of things I think of every video of yours, How beautifully shot they are ( I really appreciate the overhead drone footage) And for some reason I just always have the urge to want to start cleaning. I get scared for you breathing in all the molds that you do. Please start wearing a mask. I am so afraid you are going to make yourself very sick. But this is a real treasure to have these videos.

These type of "employers" don't give names to protect privacy of the families and from greedy people who will go there & loot and or destroy the properties. Many of these homes have valuables left behind & worth big $$$$.....

Dear big Banks. I've never written before but thank you for showing this sad but lovely home. The lady was a real home maker . It amazes me that people think of angels cherish and serious in their eyes being female instead of men. The two girls how old were they. I suppose no relatives of few. You put quote s from the Bible. One day there will be a resurrection John chapter 11 Jesus talks to Martha and Mary as Lazarus was raised. Keep strong and healthy reading Group rd word has great value. Best wishes beverley from UK.

I find this hard to believe. The bloody sheets would not still be on the beds. After 21 years there would be more dust on the furniture. It looks staged. The night stand is not what girls or how girls would decorate it. The clothes in that room are not young girls clothes. It would have been interesting to know the REAL story

Even after clean up who wants to buy a house where murder happened
@heidiescobedo28702 ай бұрын
Crime scenes are not cleaned up. It is the responsibility of the family (if they had any extended family they were close to). I had a murder/suicide in my own family. Friends of our family (one being retired from law enforcement) cleaned up the scene after it happened so my family wouldn’t have to deal with that trauma. There are companies people can pay to have this done by too. This is after the scene has been fully investigated & released. Also those “corsets” almost look like a brace someone would wear for back problems. Strange how items are from the 70’s but this happened in early 2000s. Something doesn’t seem right with that. Great video. Thank you.

When he standing in the older part of the home in the entryway after he looks at the front door, he points up at the corner and talks about a wolf spider. Right after that, you can hear a voice in the background say hello. It sounded like a man. Not sure if he had somebody with him, but if not, that is crazy!
@asnjwl95633 ай бұрын
Yes, at 16:31 right after he says "wolf spider," I can hear another male voice too. I can't make out what the voice was saying. It almost sounded like the voice said "Sitting room." So I thought maybe he had another partner filming with him too.
