The old Model A is cool even if you just used it as farm art, and the old Ford tractor is cool, one thing I noticed about it is the engine and chassis are 2 different colors which means someone has most likely rebuilt the engine at some point, so I'm betting the engine runs.

There is definitely money there in the old antique vehicle!!!!! Those style of vehicles are worth a lot. Suggestion, keep it and rebuild it. You'd be surprised on what amount of money you would make on it.
@JohnnyHerron-t2n12 сағат бұрын
Looks like you have a 30 model a, would be nice to make a farm runaround, a restore would take a lot of time and a good shop. Took 3 years to do mine by myself. The map reframed, nice wall hanger. A good used tractor and brushhog would be a nice start along with a wood chipper, makes good mulch for around the farm.

Perhaps you could get Derek from "Vice Grip Garage" or Christina and Richard from "What the Rust" to come and get the tractor running - that would be fun and perhaps a useful tool around the farm.

It's fine to eat those oranges and to eat those small ones which are "Kumquats". You eat the entire thing, skin and all. That is citrus grown naturally with 0 chemicals, they may not be the best you've ever tasted but they are for sure good for you. As for rinsing your hands in the pond? Why not? Me and my family were born and raised in Florida, eating citrus straight from the trees, playing in the mud, and washing our hands in and swimming in ponds, lakes, and wading through swamps, and we very rarely get sick. I'm a bit older than y'all, prob' twice your age, and I can't remember the last time I even had a cold. One of the main issues these days is everyone is afraid of them or the children getting dirty so they stay WAY too clean and sterile, which is not a good thing at all. Being that way causes your body not to know how to tend to certain things so you and your children will end up being sick and getting things like colds and flu's every time you turn around. My best advice is to say eat from those trees, play in the dirt/mud, and then jump in the pond to wash off before going inside to shower. In other words, Live a little and stop worrying about getting dirty. lol.

Ah, it sounds like you're describing a "kumquat"! 🌟 A kumquat is a small, oval-shaped citrus fruit that is bright orange in color. It is unique because you can eat the whole fruit, including the skin. The skin is sweet, while the flesh inside is tart and tangy, creating a delightful contrast of flavors. Kumquats are often eaten fresh, used in salads, made into marmalades, or candied for desserts.

Vise grip garage or Merlin's old school grudge would probably be interested in that car. If you don't think you're going to do anything with it! The tractor has a good chance that it will run, Derek from vice grip garage. I've got them to run after sitting for 20 plus years.

Little Deuse Coupe, you don't know what I've got. Drop a small block Chevy in it. That's what the old hot rodders used to do. That probably came with a flathead V-8 thus the V-8 on the hubcaps.

That is a 1930 Ford Model A. Current condition, worth around 3,000 to 5,000. If you rebuild it, you are looking at 20,000 to 30,000. You would be foolish to get rid of it.
@have2catchemfishing13 сағат бұрын
At minimum ypu could sell it for parts and make a few thousand but wow nice find! The issue would be getting a title for it
@kimblyelrod785012 сағат бұрын
@@have2catchemfishing It's not hard to get a title for the vehicle. Barn Finds takes special paper work at DMV.

@@have2catchemfishing The condition that vehicle is in, it would be a disgrace to part that out. They would make more by selling it complete.

Thank you! Do you think the V8 on the hubcaps were aftermarket then? It looks like the 1930 Ford Model A to us too, but the V8 on the hubcaps is confusing since they weren't on the 1930 version. 😵💫

If you don't want to spend a lot of money, if you can find a decent Ford 8N tractor, you can purchase a brush hog (mower), plow, blade, and plow for very reasonable price. Price varies but you can generally find one for around 1,500 to 2,500. I owned one several years ago, and tractor and all the implements that I just listed, I had 3,200 tied up. We used it for a few years then had to sell because we lost the lease to the farm we were working. Also you should get a small wagon/trailer.
@keoladedely913212 сағат бұрын
Love the hat. Where did you get it from?
@kimblyelrod785013 сағат бұрын
If you need a loader for the tractor and don't want an 8N, you can look for a 1020, 1025 or 1520 John Deere tractor. Start with some decent used farm equipment so you're not out of a large expense and then over time you can upgrade to newer equipment if you choose.
