Exploring Abellio New Routemaster LT24.

Exhibited at the South East Bus Festival, Detling showground on the 2nd April 2022. Heritage Transport Show. Vehicle reg: LTZ 1024. New Routemaster's were built [2011-2017] by Wrightbus. 1,000 of them were produced.

Very interesting seeing a newer bus at a heritage transport event David I must say :-). Oneself may only expect to see just heritage buses in retirement from full time working service but interesting they include newer buses currently in extravagant working service :-). First time I'd been on a New Routemaster. Seemed rather cool to me, a curious blend of modern & classic vehicle.
