Surreal!!😊 You picked the right choice for the 3 days ticket. 3 days is recommended for the ticket. 7 days you can take your time as there are hundreds of temples to explore in a more details and its grandeur. From the water management to roads, rest stops, hospitals, libraries, basins, bridges, canals, temple buildings etc... hope you have a great stay in Cambodia.😊

Angkor Wat involved three hundred thousand workers and six thousand elephants, and it took thirty five years to finish . It was built on the behest of king Suryavarman II and he dedicated it to the Hindu God Vishnu. The center of Angkor Wat structure is placed exactly on the cardinal points with GPS precision (without GPS a thousand years ago) . And twice a year in March & September on the equinox, the sun rises and shines directly over and through the center and the tallest tower. Angkor Wat stands over the foundation of sands, surrounded by great moats, over the subterranean water, and tectonic plates. So it is sort of floating there for years.
