Probably the best BDR video I have seen. Right to the point and none of the filler like the official BDR videos are. Not knocking them too hard, I just don't really care about the back story of every rider. Your video gave me exactly what I wanted, the ride and the adventure around the ride. I'm somewhat envious because it's way better than mine😂. I'm really considering the AZBDR next year. I really want to do COBDR but the UTV, Jeep, and people traffic out there is really a downer for me.

Glad you liked it! The AZBDR is amazing! Sometimes an off weekend or middle of the week can be better for sxs/jeep traffic.

We were following local posts online and there was snow 3 or 4 days before we did the trip. Arizona was definitely a fun ride.

Nice video. Completed sections 1 - 4 the end of May. Your videos are much better than my dash cam footage. Thanks.

Glad you mentioned the riding right thing, and showed a good example of other bikes approaching. As they say.....when you least expect it.....expect it! Just took my daughter and exchange student to the Grand Canyon this past weekend and as we were riding the train to/from Williams......all I could think about was what a great adventure ride it would be!!!!! Enjoyed yours and will have to add the AZBDR to my list now!

Awesome! That train is on my list to do as well. AZ is a great ride, not super hard either. With the ride right situation I actually did almost get hit. We both slid out and powered on to avoid hitting.

@@adv_moto_expeditions We’ve driven to the Grand Canyon a few times, and the train is the way to go for sure!!! it’s so easy to forget that you’re not alone on roads like these, when you don’t see anyone for such long stretches! Glad it worked out for the best!

Great video man! Thanks for sharing, I'm the one planning on going in Oct.

Awesome! It's a great route. Section 4 is the only really challenging part. October tho will be very hot until you hit young and then hot once you hit the Grand Canyon.

WHEN did you make this run? And, how hot were the temps? Also, best guess on how much you spent. Thanks in advance.
@adv_moto_expeditions2 ай бұрын
We did the first week of June. Temps in the south were almost 100. North was 80-90. I would run it again late May. As for spending I think it was about 450-500 per person. But solo might be more like 700. All depends if you camp or hotel. We camped first night on section one when you start hitting hills. Then the dead broke inn(next Door to the only visible hotel in town). Then we stayed in a hotel the last night I'm utah. For us pushing 200-300 miles a day on this route was easy.
