There were a lot of really cool details outside this map. With Der Eisendrache being from BO3, everything was very well modeled and there were lots of interesting things hidden in windows and Outside the walls of DE. The boss fight room, the black and white teleporter room, as well as the teleporter mechanics, and much much more.

1:49 is interestingly Dempsey. It's an Easter Egg and in the files it's something like "Dempsey Orb" or whatever and it starts floating around the map exactly 1 minute after loading in the map

8:16 those are actually takeo’s hands which can also be spotted next to the railing looking out towards the robot. Majority of the community theorize that the hands are a remaining part of the multiple universes colliding I think

That's a great question, I'm not entirely sure. Cold War is a 'modern era' COD game so there's a bit more security, but I'm sure there is something on the internet you could download. Just be careful!
