All the arthritis, high B/P and blood sugar is gone and my health is completely normal now and I feel 30 again. I do not eat any sweetners either. It's never too late! Since I was vegan for years, it took me 5 weeks to adapt to animal fat and animal proteins. What I've learned about sugars. Glucose produced by a person's own liver is different from the second generation GMO glucose commonly used by the food industry. Glucose from the food industry has been developed to cause addiction, and our body does not recognize it properly. Almost 30% of GMO glucose from the food industry quickly turns into fat, so we can eat much more of it per day than organic sugars. When the body adapts to only handle animal fat and animal proteins, then our brain only gets glucose produced by our own liver, so the blood sugar stays constant all the time. In addition, when we only use the glucose produced by our own liver, and also no sweeteners, then the sugar cravings go away quickly. There shouldn't be any sugars or carbohydrates in the intestines, because.. Everyone's gut contains harmful Clostridium spore bacteria. Their food is sugars and carbohydrates and they produce propionic acid, which is toxic to the nervous system. Propionic acid is widely used in agriculture and the food industry as a mold inhibitor, without restrictions. For example, Mac Donald's hamburgers and French fries are saturated with propionic acid, so they never go moldy. Propionic acid has been found to cause restlessness in children and the use of the autism spectrum (source Karolinine Institute of Sweden). When there are no sugars or carbohydrates in the food, then these harmful spore bacteria go into hibernation. In this way, the mood and quality of life improves, and the development of the children's nervous system is normal.
@thiagolusvarghimd Жыл бұрын
Thanks for sharing, I did not know that about propionic acid.

GMO glucose doesn't exist. Glucose is glucose, there is only one kind chemically and everything else that comes with it is not the glucose. Now. modified starches? We can talk about that. You mention that we have harmful microbes in our gut that feed on sugar and carbs. But did you know out body is so effecient and digesting sugar its supposed to immediately deprive microbes of any food? Here's the thing, resistent starch, and fibrous carbohydrates (fibre), evade human digestion and are much harder for us to digest. Leaving it to sit in the gut with munching microbial life. Ironically, refined sugar doesn't have this problem. You know also what has fairly refined sugar? Fruit! Ironically Clostridium spore bacteria may be involved in last-line-of-defence antimicrobial by being a dominant, antagonistic bacteria which eats up all the food and poisons other bacteria.
@BeefNEggs057 Жыл бұрын
If it spikes the blood sugar it’s going to promote fat storage and insulin resistance (if done regularly). Get a blood meter and see how little difference your different sugars affect your numbers. Sugar is sugar. All should be very limited or avoided all together.

Since we are talking about people curing things with carnivore diet- here is my story! So everyone knows I am 46, turn 47 soon- but look like I am in my early 30’s. I am now 122lbs and 5’7”. I have done a zero carb carnivore diet for 10 months now. Before I was saved by the carnivore diet I was 165lbs (weight would continue to creep up since I was 40 years old.) And I had so many other issues that are now cured. One was i had fibrocystic issues before carnivore. It built up over a six year period of western / SAD diet. Doctors said it was normal, nothing we can do. “Part of aging and now normal.” Nope! Then I tried the Mediterranean scam grain diet for 6 months- made things worse and even put me into peri menopause and many other issues like cysts that got to be quarter size round, so painful! Fibrocystic masses too were big! I was fed up and decided to go dig and dig to see if anything would reverse this! Found Dr. Baker, Dr. Berry, and Dr. Chaffee with carnivore diet! Then found out cruciferous veggies can ruin your thyroid and prevent natural absorption of iodine found in foods! I had eaten lean skinless chicken breast (a half of one maybe once a day), rices, and broccoli for 6 years- age 40-46 and daily! I want ladies to know they need to avoid cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, cabbage, Brussel sprouts, asparagus, and cauliflower to prevent fibrocystic breasts- but plants in general cause it! Your body needs iodine for your lady organs and all other organs, but especially your thyroid! They really mess up the thyroid which messes up your hormones and causes all other issues! One big domino affect! I ask people to go watch Dr. Chaffee with Dr. Sally Norton on plant toxins! Fibrocystic breast issues are now what doctors have settled as “normal!” I truly feel it is considered an auto immune issue / plant toxic illness of inflammation that can be reversed with carnivore! If you look the rates of fibrocystic illnesses is drastically increasing- including breast cancer- and it’s posted on line that nobody knows what causes those! They tell people not to eat saturated fats! I eat fatty meats of beef and eggs- and 8 months on carnivore no more cysts and i have only one smaller fibrocystic mass left that is super small- continues to shrink- not the large mass it once was- shrinking drastically on carnivore diet! Carnivore diet cured so much for me! * No more perimenopause- completely reversed! *Period cycles all timed perfect with 4 week intervals.And no PMS symptoms, but only the actual menstrual cycle itself! *No more night sweats *No more waking every 2 hours at night! *It used to take me 20 minutes or longer to fall asleep at night when I would first go to bed at night- before carnivore. Now it takes like a minute or less. Haven’t noticed since I am out fast! *No more life long eczema *No more cold hands *No more cold body temp in general! Used to feel like a reptile - only warm in texas sun. *No more IBS symptoms (gas, bloating, stomach pain, constipation, diarrhea) *No more feeling low energy by 12pm and zombie by 4pm *No more purple looking hands in winter *No more brain fog *No more arthritis that I felt in hands, knees, and hips- or elbows *Lost 45+ pounds from former baby weight and peri menopause weight. *Always had 20/20 vision with slight stigmatism- but in March doctor said my stigmatism is reversing! *Don’t sunburn as easily anymore and tan well. *Wrinkles around eyes seem to be much less. I am 46 and look like I am in early 30’s. *Gums look super healthy. Dentist seems irritated as my teeth are not dirty when cleaning every six months. Think they know they won’t make money off me. *No more sore chest from monthly periods- no swelling feeling of fullness or discomfort that prevented me from sleeping on my stomach. Now I sleep every night on my stomach! *Fibrocystic Breast issues reversing! Almost all gone after 6 years of buildup! *no cravings unless they are for meat *no more angina symptoms before a period- which started about 3 years ago. *No more feeling weak like almost passing out and dizzy around ovulation and periods * no more fingers swelling- that started a few years ago- rings kept being tight- is pattern I noticed. One ring I had resized larger and it’s super loose now. Will have to resize smaller. *feel stronger- now lifting barbells not just hands weights. Dr. Baker said since I am 46, and 5’7” at 122lbs- need more resistance training to add more muscle weight. . So bought a 47lb barbell off Amazon and have 40 extra pounds added to it. Will continue to progress with that. * i had started growing grey hairs in one of my eyebrows, few hairs at a time, but no grey in my blonde hair yet - but assumed it was coming before Carnivore. Now on carnivore I have had no new grey hairs growing in eye brows and still no grey hair in my natural blonde hair. And in the sun it gets super light highlights. * no more body odor! * I used to get a little anxiety with large crowds- like if attending special events- but since on carnivore I don’t get it that much. *I was a bit OCD before carnivore, but so much more relaxed so barely like that. * I was a relaxed person before, but somehow am even more relaxed and never stress about things. *Since I was a young child my sense of smell has been terrible. But not even a month in on carnivore my sense of smell has gone crazy! I smell things even far away! Amazing! *no more allergies! I was allergic to cedar and oak pollens- and mold- but since carnivore I am no longer reacting to those outdoor pollens which is amazing! If I think of anything else will add. ☺️👍🏻 I know when people go on carnivore they are trying to heal something, but if they aren’t like me and notice small things- they may not notice they are healing way more than they realized- things plant foods were causing! And they need to remember, processed foods are made from plants- but so are whole foods (raw or cooked!) they are all toxic! The carnivore diet cures! ☺️👌🏻 The body is a network made of multiple gears- and if one gets messed up it causes a whole domino affect of problems like I had! The carnivore lifestyle is not a fad, it’s the ancestral human way of eating! Go Carnivore for a few months and see how you feel! ☺️👍🏻

Aloha! Low carb has changed my life and I have always been heavily meat based since I started in Dec 2022 but I’ve been closer to carnivore as the time goes on. I initially started for major fatigue, insulin resistance and mental issues I was experiencing, I had always tried to lose weight but at this point I was over trying as I felt I had tried everything. I started feeling so much better after 2 weeks and continued to eat this way, I started to get a lot of compliments about 5 months in and everyone kept asking how much weight I lost but since it wasn’t about weight loss I hadn’t been checking (doc did weighed me in @ 215lbs 12/22 I’m 5’9) After 8 months, so many asking how much weight I lost and my shorts completely falling to my ankles I decided to hop on the scale and to my surprise I had dropped 47 lbs! I’m now down 50lbs, I cannot believe how effortlessly the fat comes off with this way of eating and I feel so much better. I’m so passionate about it and would love to help others who are interested!! I have some friends and family members that have asked for info and now eat a similar way. There is so much fluff and misinformation out there but when you look at the basic nutritional needs for a human.. meat based is the absolute way. Prioritize protein, Don’t fear fat & Control the carbohydrate has really helped me (quoted from Ben Bikman Phd) I always thought meat was so bad for me but I still ate it because I just loved it! I saw it as chocolate cake, I was so misinformed and I’m not trying to change anyone.. I just want to help others that also love meat and think it’s bad for them and let them know if they ate more and cut the other stuff out.. it may just change their lives!! I’ve struggled with emotional eating and sugar/carb addiction and this way of eating has saved my life!! Does anyone have any recommendations on how to start a KZbin video? Wondering if I should start with my story and if there’s a better way to go about it! Mahalo! -Lina F/28 5’9 215 > 165

just curious...are you from Hawaii? You look haole, but your name and of course the "aloha" indicates you could be kama'aina. Concerning your carnivore diet, have there been any adverse side affects, or difficulties in switching ?? And do you have any suggestions for someone interested in trying the diet, such as types of meat, and whetther you are allowed any non-meat food, and what drinks are allowed. (coffee for instance)?
@napua5217 Жыл бұрын
@@tadpethtel8035 Haole and Caucasian are two different things, it’s not very polite to say someone looks Haole - it’s a derogatory term. I want to let you know as someone could be offended but I won’t take offense as you may have not meant it in a rude way. Im born and raised in Hawai’i and I happen to just say Aloha without realizing it. As for low carb - slowly transitioning naturally to carnivore I haven’t had any difficulties, it has changed my life! I love every meal I have and feel amazing during & after eating.. I used to think it was normal to feel sluggish and sick after eating. I could go on & on but my three principals lately have been - Be carbohydrate conscious Limit processed & refined carbs/sugars If you like fruit or veg, enjoy in moderation while focusing on lower carb fruit/veg but if you are going to eat carbs I’d do it in whole food form not processed but know that it might make cravings worse or make you feel not as good (I have a personal intolerance with sweet potatoes and some “healthy” carbs but others don’t bother me as much Prioritize protein- Ruminant animal are far superior (KZbin or Google why as I could go on forever - it’s even interesting to look into Alanine w/ white meats and why to avoid) If you are hungry eat protein- it’s hard to eat too much and pretty self limiting but I’m sure everyone is different -Don’t fear fat Protein is better metabolized w/ the fat it comes with in nature (Ben Bikman goes into this as well as others) Our body can use carbs or fat for energy but carbs are not essential while protein and some fat are essential - Yes, some organs do need glucose but your body will make the perfect amount needed from fats and proteins. Carbs are readily consumed as it’s your body’s response to protect itself. I could seriously go on and on but question everything I say and do alot of research! There is so much good info out there!! Also I’m pretty caffeine intolerant but it’s up to you and what works for you.
@napua5217 Жыл бұрын
@@tadpethtel8035 I’m not strict though, most of my meals are beef because of preference but I do eat all kinds of animal products and when I eat out of the house (which is rare) I’m pretty flexible although since I know how carbohydrate intolerant I am, I’ll get things without the bun, tortilla, rice or beans and I’ll add extra meat if I can - I just try to cut the carb content - esp. processed and up the protein if possible. This is what works for me but there are so many different ways and something else may work for you! Research, research, research & then practice it in your life and see what works - tweaks can be made all the time and I’m always evolving my way of eating. Excuse the bad grammar I’m off to grocery shop after work but wanted to reply before I forgot

I have said this before- but I truly feel that colon cancer is NOT silent at all! Our bodies are warning us up to that point in stages when people eat plant based foods, processed or whole (raw or cooked) - doesn’t matter which type you digest- does the same to your colon! These are stages that our colon warns us that we are damaging it before we hit colon cancer: Stage 1: IBS symptoms- (Cramping, gas, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, extended bellies!) Stage 2 if you ignore stage one: Diverticulitis, diverticulosis, crones, celiac, ulcers, polyps, leaky gut, lactose, and so on. Stage 3: colon cancer! We need to be listening to our bodies! Doctors say it’s normal to have IBS- but NO it is not! It’s not normal at all- it is a warning that if we ignore, our guts will get damaged over time! There is no silence with colon cancer- your body has done so much to warn you but you just didn’t listen! Remove plants from your diet and go the human ancestral way of eating- the carnivore lifestyle! It is not a fad- it’s is the human way of eating!

Age 65 and after 3 yrs carnivore nothing much tempts me much and I was a huge carb addict. Except for Bread on table in a restaurant ....when I'm hungry it IS hard to pass up. So I usually bring a hard boiled egg and munch on that and then no cravings. My family thinks I'm weird 😂 Don't care...they are all on a lot of meds and complain about hurting. I have zero meds and zero complaints.

This interview gave me so much information I had not heard before or understood fully before. This information needs to be put in a TED talk. I appreciate both of you for this info. Really important.
@Engrave.Danger Жыл бұрын
Unfortunately Ted Talks aren't as open minded as we've been led to believe. A lot of things are held back or censored in some way or another and anything that goes against the "woke narrative" tends to get tucked away in a shadow banned corner somewhere, even if it's a matter of simply not getting promoted. I've sadly had to shift their status into the same category as NPR due to their bias. I don't fully dismiss them but I definitely don't fully trust them either.

One has to also think about the fact that when someone has cancer, we also often see that the endocrine glands are disrupted. The brassica and cruciferous plants contain goitrogens, cyanogenic glucodies,, or thiocyanates which are substances that inhibit thyroid function. For example, Cassava, sorghum, apricots prunes, cherries, bamboo shoots, cauliflower, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, soy and cabbage.

I do 10 pounds of ground beef in the slow cooker on low. 8 hours, stir every couple hours to break up big chunks. Once it's done, I let it cool down for a couple hours, stirring every 10-15 minutes to release the built-up heat from the center/bottom areas. During the time that it cools down, it somehow seems to absorb most of the liquid rendered fat back into the beef. Portion it out evenly into 10 containers, and there's ten meals. I eat it cold because I don't digest liquid fat very well. When I started carnivore, this was way too boring for me, but now that I'm adapted I can overlook the monotony of the meals because my body recognizes the nutrition in them. Also, I only eat these at work. When I'm at home I'm cooking steaks. Ribeyes, strips, and picanha.

You’re interviews are always interesting with me. One thing about meat 🥩 saturated fat. I was on the Atkins diet back in 1990 I think. Only to treat severely brutal migraine headaches. Headaches turned off immediately after starting the diet 100% and during my research on Dr. Atkins’s ideas I heard him say there’s nothing wrong with saturated fat if you don’t add carbohydrates. I’ve always remembered that and I believe that to be true now I’ve been low-carb for seven years, probably and close to carnivore five of those years still am but lately this year I have been having a hardest time because I’ve been adding carbohydrates to my diet and I put on weight and I put on ill feelings and I put ondoubts about my future and I need to get rid of the carbohydrates quickly thank you. I’ll keep trying.
@Sarahizahhsum3 ай бұрын
Carnivore left me eventually with my migraines returning with a vengeance. Upon adding in keto veggies, they have left again. Consider doing keto because carnivore breaks you out of ketosis with too high of protein. Just don't eat the high oxalate plants and eat only keto plants as well as lots of fats from meat.

B12 very important. I had low b12 due to stomach problem in absorbing it. They gave me shots. I felt great. Then because there is not much money for Pharma they wanted ti stop it. They said its toxic and you can overdose. I asked three different pharmacies they said it is water soluble so would be really difficult. I argued that if I dont absorbe it surely should still get it. They give me it every 2 months. Persistence paid off.

I wish there were move interviews out there such as this one without the word carnivore on the title to help People that are more reluctant listen to them. Low carb, zero 0:01 carb or ketogenic could be alternative good options ..?🤔 I just want to spread the message and get past that immediate shut down people have from quick assumptions …. This interview is awesome because it eases into the subject very nicely

Thiago hands down to working on better nutrition as MD. You will help a lot of sick people by having an open mind. My daughter is in 1st year of med school, I have introduce and explain to her how eating meat is better then plants but to no luck. She said she is not convinced. I myself have some changes eating meat base not significant as others but definitely can tell the difference especially with joint pain. Keep this informative videos coming.

My personal take on fruit ist hat it's great to load up in carbs for a long hard winter where stored fat is needed to survive, fasting unlocks the liver into converted stored fat to nutrition inthe bloodstream and I believe the liver is much better than me at deciding what is best to feed the body. I eat mostly meat because it's what I am made of animal fat and muscles.
