Greetings from the Netherlands. I like your video, it reminds me the first time I was in Changsha in 2015. I also did visit orange island and Yuelu mountain. And I also saw only one other westerner in the whole time I was in Changsha. The times after that I did see more westerners, but still to count on two hands. Hehe... The first time I did make some friends in Changsha, so now I already been there three times to visit my friends and see more from Changsha and taste some more food, because one holiday is not enough to see all and taste all. 😉 And yes the plan is to go again this year. My friends already hope I come again. If I go this year I also hope to visit Zhangjiajie because it is in the same province as Changsha.

if im not wrong, what you ate was mala xiang guo! a direct translation of mala is 'numb spicy' and xiang guo is 'fragrant pot' so mala xiang gup is actually a stir-frying the ingredients you have together with a very spicy type of chilli that might cause your tongue to numb!

It wasent spicy. I probably asked that it wasent spicy as I'm not a fan. Whatever it was it was the nicest thing I had in 2018 I think.
