an honest n alternative view to the main narrative of the western media who did not highlight the great extraordinariness of China's achievement but to run down n negatively portray her story. a good talk

Understanding China's governance system, one must understand its imperial governance history. In imperial China there were 3 major side of power united under single empire and that is the Emperor, the Ministries, the Generals (military). Each have its own agenda and power scope. Chinese imperial court was built for the discussion and debate between the 3 of them about everything. Usually emperor often acted as the decision maker which must fullfill the wish from the other 2 sides while emperor himself has his own agenda that need to be agreed by the other 2 sides. So it does not like an emperor is the sole owner of the power because in Chinese history already written when an emperor started to behave like a dictator/sole owner of the power then the empire will not last any longer. See the last period of the Han, the Sui, the Tang, the Ming. In Chinese imperial history, Anyone that become a General does not only good in combat skills but also need to have a high IQ about politics, economy, social etc and it is similar for anyone that become a minister does not only good in management but also need to have high quality about politics, economy, social, etc.
