Your videos are always informative. As a newbie to bass fishing i like that you list the setups you use. What do you think is your most productive lure you use throughout the year?

Hey Steven! That’s a great question! If I had to pick one bait to fish in Florida with it would be a Zoom 5.75” Junebug speed worm. I use a 1/8 oz bullet head weight pegged with a 3/0 owner EWG hook. My go to reaction bait is a KVD 1.5 squarebill sexy shad. If you are looking for confience in a Topwater bite a popper is great! Also a wacky rig is always a great one to have. But again… if I could only have one… it would be a speed worm! Below I have links to some of the lures a personally use. Hey there! This is Mary Holland Park in Bartow. It seems like it has a lot of potential! Let me know if you ever have any questions. Thanks for watching!

@@SethVenableFishing i thought it might be mary holland. my kids and i fished there in july but didn't get any bites from the bridge or shore. was ungodly hot. going to try again in november.

I've taken my dog to the dog park near there and have always wanted to fish that area. Maybe I'll give it a try in the near future.

Great vid! Out of curiosity, what were you doing with the chapstick?
@SethVenableFishing Жыл бұрын
Thanks Andrew! Haha that’s a great question… that’s my favorite scent! It’s KVD Fish Sticks. I really like it because it isn’t messy and it sticks to the bait really well. I feel it helps the bass hold onto the lure longer. They say it’s made with real shad. Here’s a link to it if you’re interested! KVD Fish sticks (shad)-amzn.to/3NZfNy8 As always thanks for watching and commenting! Let me know if you have any other questions.
