This is an interesting neighborhood. I hope cities in Iran preserve their old and vibrant areas 🌆, rather than letting them fade away as I have seen happen in some industrialized countries 🏙️

Definitely! It's crucial for cities in Iran to protect their unique and lively areas. They hold so much culture and history that must be maintained.

As of recent estimates, the Armenian population in Iran is around 70,000 to 100,000 people. They are primarily concentrated in cities like Tehran, Isfahan (especially in the Jolfa district), and Tabriz. The Armenian community in Iran is one of the largest Christian minorities in the country.

In old Tabriz, we did not have Persian names for neighborhoods. Please do not distort historical facts.

Thanks for your comment. The video doesn’t say the name was Persian, even on the thumbnail-it says the name is in Turkish. The reference to Persian is only to explain the meaning for the rest of the country, as Persian is the official language understood by all.
