I saw your video today and I'm so excited to see you in my favourite locations in Gaziantep. You bought authentic Kutnu fabric, ate in one of the best known in whole Turkey and the famous restaurant in G.Antep and stayed in an ancient hotel with the best location for Imam Cagdas restaurant, as also we did several times. I hope that you've tried a bunch different experiences more than these in this amazing city. I'm staying 600 miles away from Gaziantep, but I feel that I have to go there again, again,... Hopefully one day we'll meet you there.

if you purchased copper pan or teapot, they must be tinned coat about once a year as in the minute of 26:05. You can see that they change their color. It can be dangerous if you dont tin coat them.

OK I have decided to stop watching your videos any evening after I eat dinner and I'm gonna start watching them in the morning when I'm fasting. LOL tonight I ate homemade baked ziti I was stuffed to the gills and then you come up with this baklava and it looks so good that I wanted some thank God for door dash and for the Mediterranean restaurant I always order from I just got my delivery of baklava. LOL any more videos like this I'm gonna start sending you the DoorDash bill LOL great video great looking food and that waiter was phenomenal service you can't find service like that nowhere anymore. Welcome back to Turkey. Gaziantep is homeland of pistachios and it's called "Antep fıstığı" in Turkish which literally translates for "Antep nut" that's why you see pistachios everywhere and every dessert. "Gazi" means "war veteran"; in 1921 Turkish parliament honored the city with the title "Gazi" to commemorate its resistance to the French Siege of Antep during the Franco-Turkish War, part of the Turkish War of Independence, so it became Gaziantep. Same story but different time for "Urfa" and "Maraş" as they titled "Şanlı (Glorious)" and "Kahraman (Hero)" later in 1973 and 1984. And I want to warn you about copper kitchenwares; they are tinning (kalaylama) the copper because copper can cause copper poisoning if it is not coated and digested; so be careful when using it in cooking, if the tin coating is scratched just like a teflon (PTFE) pans, you shouldn't use it since it requires re-tinning. Enjoy your visit!
