Do you carry bear spray on your shedding expeditions? Seems like you are pretty out of the way in the true outback.

Taras does, I don't believe it or not...I should to at least have it with me just in case. Ive never had any major issues with black bears or mountains lions, definitely have had run ins, for the most part you can make a bear wyse decision and judge the situation. Plus I have Maple with me 90 percent of the time. She chased away several bears,cats and coyote. If their is one critter I fear the most it's a cow moose, they can make you wish you weren't their, I've had a few issues with em in the past.
