Okay, have to know where did you eat the pho that was the best you've had so far? Should you return to Hoi An in the future, do the bike rides when your wrist/arm is better. You can ride around like "Chase and Shelbs", do a cooking class, basket boat rides, lantern making, etc. MomDuty used Jack Tran Tours and did what looked like a great all day tour and "Steph and Pete" did a lot of fun stuff last year when they were there, including a great food tour.
