If we could pick anywhere to live in Vietnam on a budget, it would EASILY be Hoi An!
What makes Hoi An so special? The flowers, the lanterns, the friendly faces, the old town, the beach, all come together in a beautiful little package in Central Vietnam, Hoi An is an absolutely amazing place for travellers, retirees or people just looking to escape the hustle and bustle for a while!
This place is perfect, you could easily live here long term at retirement age, there is such a nice easy way of life here, it is way more chilled than the rest of Vietnam, with great food and accommodation options available, this really is a gem in Central Vietnam.
Don't forget to check out TOANS Restaurant & coffee shop, that food was absolutely gorgeous!
