Nikko Toshogu Shrine is a shrine dedicated to Tokugawa Ieyasu. Ieyasu is the model for the main character in the Emmy Award-winning TV drama "Shogun." Ieyasu's grave is at the top of the shrine. Thank you for enjoying Japan.
