Enjoyed your video. Jordan is not somewhere I have ever thought of visiting before but it does sound interesting. That rock climbing looked a bit dodgy - can't imagine that being allowed in the UK! Look forward to the next adventure

Great video! Watched a handful of videos about Jordan, but probably yours was the best as it is not "forced" if you understand what I mean! We are going in September, but I am still trying to find out when the sun hits the Treasury and the Monastery in Petra for nice pictures? 🤗
@WestGoesEast Жыл бұрын
Thank you, appreciate that :) I'd say the sun hit the monastery fully around 11am. As for the treasury I'm not sure tbh. It's harder as its in a tighter space.

Great video. Thank you! I am travelling to Jordan and driving to all in your video. At 2.30 mins into the video you showed the Dead Sea, where no one was. Please if you remember the place or the name. Please can you tell me. I would love to go here where there is no one else around. Thank you

Excellent video! When the police pulled you over did he ask to see your drivers license? We planned to visit this October and we plan to rent a car. Is an international driver’s license required?
@WestGoesEast7 ай бұрын
Thank you. I didn't have one when I went but I guess it's possible worth getting. Only costs £5 I think. The police just stop you cos they are bored I think. You should contact Louis for car rental. (details in the description I think) Really cheap and easy. Have a great trip!

Hi. Thanks for your vlog. But I still need advice from you guys. I am planning to do a group tour that includes Petra, Wadi Rum and Dead Sea but I’m on a tight budget so I’m considering to do it on my own instead so I can save. Like taking public buses that will go to those places. But will I be making a right decision or better yet, stick with the group tour? Thank you so much
@WestGoesEast Жыл бұрын
If you can I would hire a car as there is not much in terms of public buses unfortunately. Failing that it's possible with taxis but obviously that'll bump the price. Might be worth joining the Jordan Facebook group as often I see people offering lift shares. Hope that helps some what?
