@@Pyroific And you get $100 credit for each year you're subscribed. I have $300 credit on my account, I could buy the whole ultimate bundle with it and unsubscribe. I would only lose content banks, which I don't use anyways (not that they're bad). But I'll wait until I have more credit so I can buy future premiums with it.

Hello, Too bad that Black Friday doesn't benefit Phase Plant's software extensions, I tend to put it aside for that, due to this limitation that hinders me in my creative process, why didn't they integrate it into an update? I think that in terms of sound design, it's a shame. As a reminder, the software synth, when you buy it, does not include all the extensions not of sound but of VST, that is to say that some factory sounds cannot be reworked because access to firmware is a paid and relatively expensive option in my opinion

It’s because the synth itself is (semi)modular in nature - so you gotta pay for the modules. As it stands, Filter Table, Shaper Table, Convolver, Disperser and a bunch of other modules (which Kilohearts refers to as premium snapins) require you to purchase them in order to tweak the presets in depth inside a kilohearts host like Phaseplant/Snap Heap/Multipass … that being said, there are a bunch of free snapins (modules) and you very much can work and create entire synth sounds (even the complex ones) without the need for premium snapins - it’s just that you’ll miss out on what they have to offer in terms of sound design. An analogy for this would be purchasing power-ups, in game cash or other gameplay improving features in a game. Either you can hustle and play without paying a dime or pay extra real world cash in exchange for a better gameplay experience. The choice is yours to make.

​@@NotHiro1702 Thank you for taking this time to answer, I admit that it bothers me a little in the absolute, but it's true that we more or less all have serious alternatives to these paid additions, which I find a bit expensive anyway, but the tool remains incomplete, I would have preferred to buy sound expansions and explore the presets of the professionals with these paid modules, I hardly use it for this reason, I'm going to go for a modular synth to explore the sound design of these machines. What I like is a tool that gives me the means to act, inspiration, the limits I know, I started on the Amiga 500. Thanks again for sharing! I'm going to dive into it anyway!
