Exploring KYOTO, JAPAN! Part 1: Braving the Crowds | 5/16/24 | Vlog #34

The Japan adventures continue with my first full day in Kyoto! This has been a part of Japan that I have really been itching to visit. Aside from the tourists my first impression of Kyoto was that it is very different than Tokyo - in a much more serene and traditional kind of way. It definitely is a side of Japan that I urge everyone should visit at least once in their lifetime! Started my day at the world renown Fushimi Inari Shrine - hiked all the way to the summit and rewarded myself with some street eats after making my way down. After that I spent the rest of my afternoon at Kiyomizu-dera and made a second hike to enjoy one of the most beautiful views this awesome city has to offer! Kyoto literally was love at first sight!
