Next time you guys visit Uji, I highly recommend visiting soba noodles restaurant, Shubaku, which is located near Keihan Uji station. Maybe you have to queue up, but its plain soba is worth trying 😊

京都宇治は抹茶の産地で有名、玉露で日本一なのは福岡八女の玉露。(20年連続日本一) お茶の木自体種類が少ないが育て方や加工法と飲み方で色んな味が楽しめる。　調べると昔の抹茶は現代のような甘さがなく加工の方法も違い美味しく無かったみたいだ。 個人的には京都の番茶(京番茶)がお手頃で飲みやすい。

宇治の駅が異空間で格好いい🤩 抹茶、まっちゃ、マッチャ、ｍａｃｃｈａってくらい、まっちゃっちゃでしたね。。。💦 定番のソフトクリーム🍦からカレーうどんまでミドリ～～～ たこ焼きに、餃子🥟までｗｗｗ😅 ほうじ茶の飲み比べは見た感じはそんなにわからないです🤔 生粋の日本人、山科生まれの大阪育ちですが、毎回素敵なところに小旅行ですね👍雰囲気のいいお店もたくさん❣自分が行くときに参考にしたいです👏

I’m glad you’re enjoying the videos! 🙂 Matcha green tea was originally used in tea ceremonies but now it’s pretty common at many cafes etc, so I think if you just have the powder and a whisk you should be good to go! Matcha powder clumps together when you add water, which is why that bamboo whisk (chasen) is often used with it. There are probably many great resources out there there that explain all the traditional aspects and components of proper matcha preparation if you want to go into more detail, but I think the powder and a whisk are all you need to start

私も抹茶を点てるのをチャレンジしようと茶器を買い揃えましたがコーヒーの香りと手軽さの誘惑にアッサリ断念しましたｗ 和物って何かといいお値段しますよね。。。抹茶も値段はピンキリやしねぇ。。。 家では主にドクダミ茶を飲んでます。他のお茶に比べてほのかに甘いんです。そして安いｗｗｗ いつもすごく見ごたえのある動画に感心しきりです。今回もサニーさんの可愛さが出てますね❤ しかし抹茶1つ取り上げても知り尽くせないことが多いけど日本ってこだわりが多過ぎない？😂 そして知らないうちに次々新しいものが出てきて年々「知らんのん？」「だいぶ前からあるのん知らんかったん？」なんてことが多くなってきて老いを感じるわ！！！😂😂😂

There’re so many fake things from China and Korea all over the world, not only matcha. So be careful😅 And I want you to drink Gyokuro tea.It’ll change the concept about Japanese tea. It’s so smooth and deeply sweet and takes you to heaven.
