Exploring LA PAZ the HIGHEST CITY in the WORLD!
In this video we head out to explore the fascinating city La Paz in Bolivia. This city is not only the highest city in the world at 3625m (11,975 ft) it is also one of the most fascinating cities to explore.
The culture and traditions of the Andean people is perfectly combined along the streets with beautiful historical buildings and market stalls of the witches market selling everything from clothes and trinkets and even dead baby llamas, crazy but true! In this same city and a few steps away we found modern restaurants with food representing different countries from around the world, there is something for every type of traveller.
A huge attraction in itself is the La Paz public transport network which is in the form of the gondola’s, they’re the perfect way to travel around this city which is in a huge valley surrounded by mountains. It is the best way to reach El Alto and for the residents of El Alto to reach La Paz each day to sell their goods in the capital city. The sights from the gondolas across the city are incredible!

ehhh that was not the way to the white cross.... you go out of yellow station and turn left, but that place has opening hours. For cable carts take the purble, silver, yellow, green and come back.

La Paz is not the highest city in the world. Potosi is officially. Oruro and El Alto sometimes dispute this but official sources normally confirm Potosi. I have lived in Bolivia for over 20 years most recently 12 years in Potosi but also many years in La Paz.

La Paz is not the Capital of Bolivia, go to Sucre and u can say Hello im the capital of Bolivia
