Friendly advice guys: lower the passive aggressive snarky remarks.. every single country has down sides. Think there’s nothing wrong in mentioning them but it gets annoying and really fast the constant criticism.. you are freaking traveling, you are blessed, enjoy!

We're sitting here in Alati all day restaurant thanks to watching your vlog from a few years ago. Although we'd travelled to Kefalonia last year we didn't get around to it but now eaten here Tues & today Greek salad before going for a dip then dinner here later before heading back to Trapezaki where our apartments are. Thanks both, will look at more vlogs soon 😊

Liked this info. I disagree with using or promoting Airbnb. It drives up costs for locals by removing long term rentals from the local market. It's really unethical. try not to overpay when traveling, as it drives up prices for locals in general.

How much money does a trip like this cost?
@TideKnotTravellers25 күн бұрын
We did this ourselves so we didn’t pay a tour company. We just booked flights to Leticia and then booked to stay the night there and then booked a boat into PN from Leticia, then paid for everything we wanted to do as we went along. We detailed the exact entire costs at the end of our two days in part 2 of our Amazon videos, you can see it here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/j3SXppqQZrKrl5Isi=kTLvaufxlQvznwVc

Wow what a trip! Beautiful lake & great to be there when it’s SO quiet! You timed it right - got to see the lake at its most natural! Yes too much for the elderly both up & down! Great bonus seeing the sunset over the lake too! Shame about the car but What a stroke of luck catching that man! 👍 all in all great success! Thankyou!

Amazing video series. How do you find / contact these tours? I'm looking online and of course the online prices show hundreds and hundreds of dollars
@TideKnotTravellersАй бұрын
Thank you. Yes it’s always a lot more if you book it as a tour online for these things. We did it ourselves, just bought flights to Leticia and then booked our boat in person at the ticket counter to PN then paid cash to tour guides that are there to take us out to the places we wanted to see. That way we got to see the things we wanted to and not pay a fortune.

Which city is your favorite, Salta or Cordoba?
@TideKnotTravellersАй бұрын
That’s a tough one, we enjoyed more cultural experiences in Salta like going to a piña and seeing local music, but really loved the food and social scene in Cordoba too! We did explore the surrounding nature of Salta more than Cordoba so it’s not a fair comparison for us to make.

Germans didn´t destroy Narva, it was russians. City was restorable, but soviets was leveling those beautiful baroque buildings and replacing them with ugly soviet archidecture. Later native estonians were forbidden to move back to the city and soviets was bringing in new colonists, mostly russians.

Ushuaia is the "end of Argentina" only: further south there is still a large territory: Puerto Williams, Cape Horn Archipelago and Diego Ramirez Islands, all of Chile. You should have filmed in the Chilean part of Tierra del Fuego: much more beautiful, fascinating and interesting than the Argentine part: there is the crazy geography with its thousands of archipelagos, islands, fjords and canals; its glaciers that flow into the sea, and the Darwin Mountain Range, with the highest mountains in all of Tierra del Fuego
