was told only abouot 70 out of possible 400 shops opened now. It will take 3 to 4 months to fill up 80%. Lagi pun sekarang chinese new year dah datang, semua renovation companies tak ambil kerja baru dah.... Lu tengok tak ada CNY decor items pun. Just prepare for Hari Raya je
