I loved Livingstone earlier this year (planning to return soon) .... however.... .if you're a light sleeper it's going to be challenging! Truck engines, trains honking through the night and nightclub music until 3am. Avoid anywhere close to the main drag! That aside, it's a wonderful place to hang out. Great bars and cafes. Friendly and safe.

Guys, that's not a place to get stuck in. It's an actual GAME PARK. a rabid wild animal can spring from nowhere. All that will remain is your bike, your phone and your metatarsal foot bones that he used as a toothpick

Growing up in Kenya that squeezing of food was discouraged by my relatieves. This is because it was associated with gluttony amongst villagers who were greedy and wanted to eat too fast more than the others from a shared tray. It does cool down hot food faster, but it's also unhygienic given that few people wash their hands properly and is akin to a small child eating with the mouth open. If you break then eat the food without the squeezing, or use a spoon, it will still reach your stomach😅.
@agnessnyundu38202 жыл бұрын
Hmmmm..here in Zambia if a child eats without rolling it in your hands,the child might get spanked for lack of patience and trying to eat faster than the others.also thorough washing of hands before eating is mandatory here.and eating nshima with a spoon here is a big NO..unless foreigners who dont understand our culture.
@BS-kl9yf2 жыл бұрын
@@agnessnyundu3820 that's interesting that the interpretations although opposite, both relate to gluttony. It depends on the visitor which side of gluttonous interpretation they would like to follow haha. Spanking would be too much, a response. In our case they were simply given their own portion in an individual bowl to swim in with their hands, and do all they want with their food.
