Exploring Looe Cornwall UK at night 2021 - Where to Holiday in Britain

Join us for this Looe Cornwall UK night Tour 2021 in the RAIN! Filmed in July 2021, the night of the England Denmark Euro 2020 match, we explore the eerie streets of this famous harbour town and soak up the evening harbour ambience. Looe is rightly famous for it's beach and restaurants. It's also perfectly situated for trips out to Port Isaac, Padstow, Newquay, Polperro, the Eden Project and many other famous Cornish destinations. We explore East Looe, before heading over the bridge to West Looe and a final look across the water as the rain pours down. fantastic view across the river and out to sea. We're in the land of Poldark locations here, so very atmospheric!

Lovely video.I have been coming to Looe since 1963 love the place,such lovely memories of family holidays when a child.We have a memorial bench for my parents on Hannafore, just opposite St Georges island.

Ah yes indeed the spirits of the diners and drinkers was def' not dampened, in fact the football that evening meant spirits were pretty high! Ha ha yes it (and we) did get very wet, we felt like stopping but I'm glad we persevered as it's fun to look back over. BTW, I did enjoy the Lanes & Byways of Glasgow opening up again, do you think you'll do more?

@@LivingWalks Do I think I will do more video walks ? I will do more mini, heavily edited walks, whenever I find myself in a likely location. My available time is always limited. I also enjoyed attempting the wildlife and nature subjects, so I will alway chop and change !! I like the editing process quite a lot, and can easily do that in between the other demands on my time.
