What about the TRANSPORT SYSTEM AND THE COURSE OF PETROLEUM, THE ANKLE OF THE ECONOMY. WILL THERE BE A REDUCTION OF PETROL FOR THOSE WORKING 24/24???

This is absolute fantasy. You’ve to first identify and create enough jobs to saturation before considering 24-hour economy. Even after creating adequate employment, human beings are not machines and not naturally suited to working efficiently after 6 pm. Also, it’s the private sector that should lead any job creation in a 24-hour economy. The government cannot create value added jobs. Have you contacted any industries that could benefit from a 24-hour economy and if they even need it in the first place?
