Just bought lot 14 on the corner they should be breaking ground this week. Can’t wait to be be back where it all started. Moved to LLV in 2017 then left in 2019 now coming back for good.

@@aryabina5712 The current lot premiums at Marble Mesa are currently ranging between $30-60K. The HOA is currently at $322 per month and that includes the Master Lake Las Vegas HOA, Marble Mesa HOA and LID.

Sorry for the late response. Winters here get cold and it does snow occasionally. What surprises many people is that it's a desert cold and not a wet cold like other parts of the country.
