The road to Hana is one of Maui’s top things to do for tourists and locals alike. This winding, narrow road that spans the entire East coast of Maui is an adventure not to be missed while visiting Maui. We spent an entire day exploring as many of the roadside stops, waterfalls, and trails as we could. We chose to beat the crowds by leaving very early, driving all the way to the end of the road at Waimoku Falls trail in Haleakala National Park, and then driving back and making stops against the flow of traffic.
