hi . in the malls they make sure the ice and water is filtered . i travel all my life to pakistan and i understand that u dont want to have water or ice in any of your drinks . we dont know if its from filtered water or not . but i was assured that all mall vendors have to comply and make sure that from water to ice , has to be from filtered water . thanks

There's definitely clean milk and water in Pakistan, but they had a bad experience in the past and now they are just cautious, it's kinda a shame, as a British born pakistani, I've had upset tummy a few times, but the more I've visited, the considerably less it happens. Glen bro, don't let last time put you off, just avoid street food and go to reputable places and you guys will be fine.
