We are going to learn alot about New Zealand by watching your beautiful videos. Your van footage is so great. Love the sheep and cow herding. Lol. Thanks for the cool video.

haha, I 'm starting to wonder if those sheep are just there for the tourists! We had a sheep jam in probably the same spot!

We did the Forgotten World Highway last year but right now, as I type this, we are at the Piriaka NZMCA camp that you just showed in your video! No dogs roaming here though (thank goodness) and the road noise is not too bad. When we were in Whangamomona we stayed at the local campsite and the hotel was open. What a shame you missed out on going inside!

Hi there! I see the video was posted in November ish but the trees are yellow so if must of been much closer to winter when you were there? The Whangamomona town ship and even Tangaraku camp is pretty much closed in winter. We don’t get tourists. Maybe you could come back in summer and we could make your trip more memorable!

Thanks for the info! Yes it was winter but we still loved it! We will have to come back in summer for sure when things are more open!! 😀😀

Your videos always make me so nostalgic for NZ. Love this one, the mountain scenery is still gorgeous and your drone shots are very impressive. Made me laugh you went to Stratford, the UK one was our last town stop on our narrowboat and I didn't even know there was a NZ version! Thanks for such a great video ❤
