Trees of Mystery has benn there a long time. I am turning 68 on the 20th and remember hearing somebody on a microphone talking to the tourists and kids from inside Paul Bunyan. It is a poignant memory for me since my parents and brother have all passed away but love to see it because it is a happy memory. I am having health issues (shoulder pain and nerve damage) myself and your videos are calming, and relaxing. Great video again! If I may give you one little tip, place the filter on the tap side of the hose. That way the water going through the hose is already filtered. Your house will last longer as a result.

Here is a tip for you, so that the hater videos don't automatically follow yours: Come up with a unique code (it can be anything, like NMx10z or something similar), and then use that code somewhere in the description box and as a keyword for ALL your best videos. The bend in the river is called a meander 'me-an-der'. It is totally normal and very common. Rivers almost always form "oxbows" when the area they meander through is flat. People might say 'You and Jax are meandering through America!' LOL. What ever it is your doin, keep on doin it.

My family just did a run on 101 till it stopped then took a few back roads and ended in Lego-Land for our first trip in our new ( well new to us ) RV ( Wine Aspect 29H ). It was a good trip about a week before yours. Rain you missed was fun and so was the winds. A heads up at the boarder of Cal and Org at night there is no stop ( At least for us it was shut down ). Safe travels and always keep two eyes forward and one eye back.

Oh Eric, you are in one of my all time favorite places! Before those building were there - the "End of the Trail" statue was there all by itself. Then when I was there years later it was all built up. The Redwoods are fabulous, I took my granddaughter up highway, to that area because she always wanted to see where the ocean met the mountains and the trees. Thanks, Eric! We spent the night last night in Garberville in Humbolt County on our way back UP to Oregon on Hwy 101. Good to know we are in for more road construction. We noticed many slides that had recently happened on hillsides as we drove in yesterday. I'm looking forward to seeing Trees of Mystery today! We drove through the Chandelier Tree yesterday in Leggett .....cost $5 just to drive down to see it!

Redwoods are fantastic! I lived in a redwood forest for a few years with a band I was playing with. Most peaceful and serene environment I've ever lived in (except when we were running chainsaws for firewood).

I love the redwoods! Consider checking out Muir Woods National Monument, just north of San Francisco. It's part of Mt Tamalpais and the Golden Gate National Rec Area (day use). This park has some of the largest old growth redwood forest and is well worth the trip. Mount Tamalpais State Park has several campgrounds - or I'm sure you could also find a awesome "Eric" bookdock area. We went there several years ago and what an awe-inspiring experience. FYI to other travelers, I am not sure why this happens but most youtube travelers drive right past some of the most magnificent scenery on the planet! The wild rivers coast from Klamath CA to around Bandon Oregon. Everyone stops in that pay spot in Port Orford but never even goes to the beach, what is that about LOL. Really this area deserves to be a destination. Endless available boondocking. In this case Eric you even had good weather when it has been the worst winter, raining since september. Within a few blocks of that spot in Port Orford is Port Orford heads a magnificent headland trail area, including an old coast guard station, walking distance the other way battle rock beach, also in Port Orford Cape Blanco lighthouse and that is just a couple spots in PO
