Did Oaxaca City finally resolve their big garbage pile up ?

There were parts of the city with no issues but other parts had bad garbage piles ups. So unfortunate. We were shocked how hard it was to find garbage bins in the city. The only aspect of the city we were disappointed in. Hopefully they can solve for it because overall it’s such a beautiful city!
