Your message about being genuine in travel vlogs is really important. People tend to be vapid in them, but like you said 'the content' isn't the important point. Channels like markipler just kinda do what they do and the viewers are there because they enjoy sharing life with mark. It's not really about fine polish in the editing or entertainment in the games, it's about the personality of the creator. I love the castle montage too, and I'm glad your experience of meeting folks in the hostels was so life-giving! I agree with you that that openness and 'chill' attitude to life is critical in life in general. Keep that salt in your heart!
