Exploring Ohiopyle State Park Pennsylvania

We had a wonderful day exploring Ohiopyle State Park in Pennsylvania. The town of Ohiopyle is in the center of the park and has many outdoor outfitters such as bike rentals and guided white water trips. There are several restaurants, a general store, and gift shop. There are numerous hiking trails with beautiful waterfalls along the Youghiogheny River.

I am considering camping there Labor Day weekend. It is 3ish hour drive….is it worth it??

We loved it! And we also enjoyed the town. There seems to be a lot to do in the area. I would recommend.
