Excellent tips and video production as usual Andrew 📽️😮 Timely for me being back in Osaka in 5 weeks. That end of station lounge looks like a great rest and train-watch spot, I'll grab a bento and head up there when I'm in the station 👍 Amazing toilets, regular Japan travellers will completely understand that 🚽. I saw a segment on NHK World on the 'award to Japan's best cleaner' I think she was an airport cleaner 🤔 she went above and beyond the standard cleaning cart and had added her own improvised equipment 😱 only in Japan. Thanks also for the tip on the cars displayed at the station certainly will keep an eye out for them. Beer & Sake sign, will be looking 👀. I love how you come up with unique things on your videos not often noticed or covered by 'clickbait' KZbinrs 😏 Keep em coming 🇦🇺🇯🇵

Glad you enjoyed it. Speaking of cleaning, I read that Osaka station had a robot cleaner but I've never been able to find it. My favourite is definitely that lounge, it's a real hidden gem especially if you don't like crowds much. I want to do more destination and guide videos this year, and I have Hakata, Hiroshima and Nagasaki lined up for secrets videos. Is it me or are the clickbaiters getting worse? I watched one the other day and it was very cringe.

@@japanunravelled With Japan now 'the No1 tourist destination in the World' clickbaiters are jumping on everywhere 🫣. Looking forward to your Hakata Hiroshima and Nagasaki secret videos, all 3 are perfect for me as I'm now venturing into the south and further west of Japan in my future trips. Back in Osaka for 3 days in 5 weeks and then heading down to Mie Toba/Ise-shima, 6 days (Japan trip #10) ... Have you been down to Ise-shima yourself Andrew ? (My apologies if I've missed a video of you down that way) ... and do you do/done any meetups in Japan ? .... I followed on through your playlist of 'secrets in the railway stations', all of them great and notes taken 🧐👍😅

I went to see the shrine down in Ise maybe 10 years ago. Long before this channel started! Well worth the visit and longish journey. Nachi Falls is my favourite down that way, although Kumano Kodo is great if you have the time and good weather. Meetups are something I'll look at sometime in the future though perhaps not this year. Something to look out for on the community tab or in the monthly email.

wow again great video!! Thank you so much for your work! I really enjoy watching your Videos, especially the hidden gems !!! Btw what is your favorite season in japan? People really love the sakura and fall leaves but this also includes heavy crowds. as someone who enjoys the more layed back vibes which months would you recommend? keep up the great work !!

Thank you very much! I love travelling in autumn and winter. Winter is insanely underrated. November and December are great - mild in the centre and south, chilly up north. I much prefer autumn leaves to sakura. However, you can come to Japan at any time and have a great trip. Hope that helps (and watch out for a future video on this topic).

Thank you for your very informative and good quality video, by the way, me and I will stay near the shin Osaka station, what transportation you recommend us to take for us to go to Kansai Intl airport as we both carry one big and one medium size luggage
@japanunravelled6 ай бұрын
Simplest is the Haruka Limited Express - goes directly to the airport from Shin-Osaka.
