Small Worlds Tokyo is a fascinating museum of miniature creations. Not only can you admire the amazing craftsmanship of realistic miniature items, but you can also interact by pressing buttons that create movement or animation of various items. It's very impressive and sometimes hard to believe that you are looking at miniatures.
On the 11th and 22nd of each month, you can bring your pets to enjoy the museum with you. Be sure to fill out the pre-registration form online and make sure your pet(s) has had their rabies vaccination. Pets also need to be either in a cart, carrier, or sling so as not to disturb other guests.
One of the cool attractions of this museum is the opportunity to get a 3D scan of yourself which will be made into a miniature figurine. There is a fee for this service, but you can have a cute figurine of yourself in any pose that you wish. For an additional cost, you can have a miniature figurine actually placed in the museum. They will give you a map and the option to choose the area where you would like to be placed. Of course, on Pet Day, you can have that figurine of both you and your pet together. So Bandit and I went through that process and the figurine of us should be in the museum from the end of September 2023! (Keep a look out for us and see if you can find us! I'm wearing a pink T-shirt!)
