Very nice part of Taiwan! Kenting has underwater park areas too protected from fish collection. On the sticky tofu, FRIED is the most common, but STEAMED smells even worse! (I've had both) but then there are also more advanced forms of stinky tofu than just the common ordinary one. -No Worries, time for food adventures later.

Such an awesome and happy episode. I agree with you, you don’t want to eat the ‘questionable’ food when there is so much other delicious food all around you. People always ask me if I eat crazy food like insects or whatever when I am in Thailand and I always answer them with NO, because there is a billion other delicious foods to be had. ;-)

Maybe the stink tofu would taste better if you dipped it in to something let it fall off the stick and sink to the bottom and find something better. Border collies are great dogs. Extremely nice of them to extend your battery time with a new battery and the charger. That charger is nice it will work in most every place you go as long as you have a local plug. Glad you are safe and healthy. If you find a "universal" female socket that will work with your cord grab it and keep it with you, then what ever the local plug is you can get a cheap cord cut the female end off and wire it to the plug that works for you. With your solar hopefully you do not need to plug in often.

Hi Leigh, had to give you thumbs down twice !! You are the men! Passed on the stinky Tofu.... let me tell you, I pass too on it ! My wife tries to convince me since 25 years that it taste good!
