Someone make me explain that how Kashmiri Sarason Ka saag is available in end of October. It’s impossible. It’s everything not Saraoon ka saag. The way he tastes it and says it has that Khattapan, I think it may be one of the wild herbs growing in Kashmir like Dock leaves, commonly called Obij in Kashmiri. But one thing I will say it cannot be mustard leaf. green Mustard leaf would be available in March/April, and after that in that land, rice is cultivated on the same land.

Subah subah kashmir mei chawal nhi khatay..lunch mein rice chawal khate hai .subah yha chai kashmiri roti butter, omelete, boil eggs ,dry food khate hai ..chanay khate hai ...rice ya chawal yaha lunch aur dinner mei khatay hai .. Its not ur fault some kashmiri peoples u meet in srinagar or any other oart in kashmir ..they gave u wrong information about it .. I m requesting to my brothers of kashmir ifsomeone is coming from outside kashmir to explore it ..please give ur accurate authentic information to explorers ....
