Is this a duel fuel oven? Do you have to use the steam in this oven? Also, I have read negative reviews on an electric oven for cooking, any thoughts? Thanks

I have a Thermador oven setup similar to this. I have to laugh when it is suggested using the steam oven to reheat pizza/food. Get a $50 air fryer. Works better. For a few minutes longer, just use your regular old oven, food comes out better with no guesswork. Also, this steam oven is tiny, comes with vague directions and a lot of knob choices that are both confusing and useless. Save lots of money and aggravation, don’t get a Thermador
