In this video i'm talking a subject which keeps popping up more and more recently, having a conversation with Speciality coffee roasters about commodity and the lower end of speciality and how they are looking to implement these coffees into their business for their own sustainability within an ever growing coffee market.
It's a bit of an opinion piece as well as well as having experience bringing this other end of the market to roasters but a subject I think there is still lots more to talk about.
