This is how you do it man. Car meet and tell local police about the event and everyone goes home without a citation or with just their feet

Yeah, that SE Texas heat hits differently with our humidity. Not to mention Houston 2nd largest city in terms of landmass. It's spread out. I do wonder, what do you think of or freeway/highway system?
