Did the walk about 3 times one trip from Hagley Gap in St.Thomas to Penlyne then to Whitfield Hall then to the peak.Cold really cold. Twice from Mavis Bank cross Yallahs River to Penlyne to Whitfield Hall then to Portland Gap up Jacobs ladder to the Peak.Could not do it again.What I remember cold and damp absolutely beautiful. Would love to do it again but age.

I start to walk at 3 30 am I reach blue mountain at 73o pm and am traveling throu the hills of Portland coming from a place call swiffriver as a boy scout Port Antonio Boys scout in 19 82 Feb 32 of us from Friday to Monday morning we hike our way to hope Pau camp way before this track now u can actually drive up Jacob ladder is a short cut from Portland cape to peak

Very beautiful. Wish you had posted this a long time ago. Only a few days ago, Jamaica Walk by posted a 3 & 1/2 hours full tour of the treck. If you had dropped this 3 years ago, it would have gotten crazy views in a time when people were in lockdown and needed an escape. However, it's highly appreciated and the shots were beautiful.
