A big thanks to Arthur (Urban Britain) for introducing me to the camera! (Yes I have been behind the camera before) I hope to be doing more videos with Arthur in the future and thank you EVERYONE for the nice comments (: I'm glad you enjoyed my company

Lovely. I have subscribed to your channel to maybe encourage you to re-start with the videos. I know that at your age I would definitely NOT be comfortable being in front of the camera or doing narration. You show such confidence, well done.

Hi, sorry for not commenting earlier lol, my wifi has been down all day. Great video as always, Dylan should definitely come back! Together you make the video even more entertaining! Oxford is an amazing place some of the architecture there is completely unique. You are right in saying it is very modern, I went to Cambridge recently to work on a special project of mine and the first thing I saw was some Amazon delivery-bots! And yes Amsterdam would be really nice the canals and streets are very beautiful! I’m sure you will get there soon👍👍👍👍👍👍 (Also this comment may have appeared twice- on my pc apparently I’ve commented here but on my phone it’s different)

Thanks!! Don’t be sorry. I’m gonna try my best to get Dylan back but he does travel quite a lot so it might a bit difficult. I’m glad you enjoyed the video!!

Another really good video - Oxford is one of a number of places in the UK that I've inexplicably never visited. Dylan was a nice addition to the channel too, it's good for you to have someone to interact with and bounce off in your videos.

Yeah I totally agree. Dylan will be back on the channel very soon. Is definitely recommend I visit to Oxford if your given a chance.

Excellent video. Interesting to see the backstreets and alleyways of Oxford as well as the trophy buildings. Also Dylan is an excellent addition to the channel.

5:54 The edifice with leaves growing over is Trinity College, and to the left is Balliol (I think) 6:35 This is a monument to notable 16th century protestants who died under Mary I, most famous of them being Thomas Cramner. A cross is carved into the ground nearby, which purportedly marks the spot where Cramner was burned at the stake 7:08 Take a look at some of the post boxes in and around the Covered Market next time you are in Oxford - some of them are labelled V.R. (meaning they have been there since the days of Queen Victoria)

I've never had a good look around Oxford, but its on my list. I'd like to see the castle. Did that rude road name begin with a "p" by any chance? Lol. It was a good idea to let Dylan accompany you. He did well to look up where you are. I'm far more camera-shy! I've only been to Amsterdam once, but was too young at the time to remember much about it. The round building is part of the Bodleian Library. It's the second largest in the UK after the British Library. The old arch is called the Bridge of Sighs and the monument is called the Martyr's Memorial. The building with the green roof is part of the Uni and called the Ziggurat spire. Yes, I'm off to Barcelona tomorrow. I'm sure you'll get there too one day!

I think the presenter with video partner Dylan make the content more contrasting, one of them comments on architecture the other has an economics interest in what property and living costs could be.

Excellent HD quality. @8:03 You both might have misread and misinterpreted the name of the unmentioned street? If it’s the street I’m thinking of, that was the surname of a 19Century Oxford resident, he was part of a religious movement, the different Britannic English spelling & pronunciation used with a single S has no connection with American slang.
@urban-UKАй бұрын
Yeah street name was pronounced differently to how it’s spelt. Glad you enjoyed the video!
