If you ever manage to get to Scotland to visit Edinburgh /Glasgow, I recommend that you visit Stirling, Scotlands ancient capital and easily accessible from Glasgow or Edinburgh with just a short train journey. It has many ancient buildings, monuments, University and a huge castle. Just outside the city is Bannockburn, the site of Scotlands famous victory over England in 1314 which secured Scottish independence ( for a few centuries anyway)

Every time I look you've gained more subscribers! 😀 Yes, a trip to Scotland would be good, but probably wouldn't be cheap. One of your other subscribers has often been there I believe 🤔 Have a great weekend!

Edinburgh is definitely worth the trip. There’s a lot to see and do. Even if you don’t do much touristy stuff, theres still a lot of nice areas to walk about in

If you love architecture and history then there is no better place than Edinburgh! The only thing is hotel prices are sky high at the moment so Glasgow is a lot cheaper. Thanks for putting one of my comments in the description btw!

I would definitely recommend Edinburgh , the unique city centre is a World Heritage Site and is the 2nd most visited location for foreign tourists in the UK ! , the best times to visit are in August for the 6 festivals ( the Fringe is the biggest on the planet and has resulted in over 100 other events around the world , only the Olympics & World Cup sell more tickets & that's only every 4 years !) and December for Christmas and New Year ! , obviously accommodation will cost more at peak times , just like anywhere else , it can get crowded at times , which puts some people off but it can add a sense of atmosphere and collective enjoyment to your visit. Keep up the great work , really impressed with your presentation and you can only get better with more experience !

Thanks for watching!! I do really wanna to Scotland in general but I know it will be really expensive so I’ll have to make some more money on buy me a coffee first!!!
@aidanwilson603518 күн бұрын
@@urban-UK Scotland is no more expensive than any other part of the UK ! , although big tourist areas around the Royal Mile for example cost more , you just need to explore outside the city centre for a fairer price , charges will inevitably go up if there is high demand , but that happens everywhere !.

If you like history and nature, a good place to visit is Derby and the River Derwent Valley, from Derby to Matlock and further... You can visit old mills now turned into museums, some nice villages/towns, historic railways with steam locomotives and old carriages, some stately homes, the Peak District, the Monsal Trail, etc...🚂 I guess that all these places to visit would be too expensive for you, but they are amazing and very interesting. 💰
